What is Physie?
Physie combines elements of jazz, contemporary, lyrical and cardio. Members learn 4 to 6 choreographed routines throughout the year, each with its own specific skill-set. There is a focus on movement, musicality, technique, performance, flexibility and strength.
As a club we aim to improve the health of girls and women by promoting physical, mental and community health and well-being. Being part of Randwick Physie encourages a healthy relationship with exercise and increases confidence and self-esteem. Our club promotes lifelong friendships whilst also welcoming all new members into an inclusive and supportive environment.
