Physie combines elements of jazz, contemporary, lyrical and cardio. Members learn 4 to 6 choreographed routines throughout the year, each with its own specific skill-set. There is a focus on movement, musicality, technique, performance, flexibility and strength.
As a club we aim to improve the health of girls and women by promoting physical, mental and community health and wellbeing for women.

APDA was created with the vision to produce a sport that incorporates the fundamentals of physie and the art of dance. Members have the opportunity to participate in team events to represent their club, and individual competitions.
